Ketchup Splinter which is a duel trophy currently has +20 courage for duels, -2 courage used per duel, 2 max possible league fights per day. -7% skill points in team fights.
This is considered the worst trophy as Honor Tournament is no longer in the game. Also difficult to get 22 league fights in a day, 24 would be super challenging.
My suggestion would be:
+20 courage for duels, -2 courage used per duel, 2 max possible league fights per day, -5 adrenaline per league fight, -10% skill points in team fights.
