hi. this is sort of a pathetic issue... but my profile avatar wont load lol. i am a blank little rectangle without personality. nooooooo

 

i made the mistake of touching the settings in the beginning. i have them set to the "correct" setting but it no longer uses my in game avatar. boo hoo.

 

any suggestions other than "get over it, mommy, its just a profile pic" lol ?

the issue is probaby that the pic exceeds either the size limit or the data limit... try re-sizing it and if that doesn't work try replacing the background with something plain...

Thanks. all i want is for it to show my game avatar like it did in the beginning lol. Im a tech savvy person, which is why  its driving me nuts. hahaha otherwise i wouldnt' care

Hello Mommy,

 

The size of the profile photo on our forum can not exceed the 50 MB size which is the same as 100 x 100 pixels. Try to find an image with smaller size than the same.
