I'm going to go ahead and assume there's been some mistakes getting the advent calendar going. The email says to click on "participate" below, but there's no participate link and I had to do some digging to find out what they were talking about. Now I'm here and it says I have to wait until December 1st to open the first day on the calendar. Unless my clock is wrong... it IS December 1st. Not to mention that the forums are now loading at a snail's pace, I don't think they anticipated the extra traffic to the forums.

Seems to be working fine for me, not sure why it wouldn't be for others assuming it's the 1st where you live *Shrugs* I've also noticed the huge increase in lag in the forum, hopefully that is fixed soon
Either way, I look forward to picking up more rewards during the month from the calendar

It happened to me too. I sent in a support ticket. When I came back later I was able to open the box.
So if you still can't open it, send in a support ticket.

Worked for me... But can I only claim the code on one server? I play on multiple servers and it sorta stinks that only one of mine was able to claim.
Did anyone else try?

I suppose it's because the US forums are for US1, US2 and US3 as a whole so the gift is only redeemable on one

Yes guys, unfortunately we are now experiencing some bugging with the Advent Calendar, so please be patient as we wait for a quick hotfix for the bug. Spread the word, and thank you all for your support tickets, they help us map out where the problems are, so we'd be faster fixing the issue. If we don't announce it, a member probably will let you know when it all works again. I'm prettty sure you guys won't miss any gifts/etc due to this issue.

i got access to mine without a ticket. checked after work several hours later. i was thinking there could be a server time somewhere else that unlocked them at a certain time of day. either way, i got it.
35 energy or something like that though. thought someone was saying hey got stat points. curious.

I've had problems getting my prize too. It seems I have to wait several hours before it considers it a new day. Then it will let me have my prize. But yes, if you are able to write on the forums then you are logged in. So I would send in a support ticket.
The will ask for a print screen-----they always do.

I also had the problem where it says you are not logged on - (the infinity loop problem).
So I wrote a ticket and was requested to try updating flash and delete all the browser cache, or try another browser.
I tried using another browser (firefox) and this solved the problem.
Hope this might help other heroes out there in trouble.
So before filing a ticket, you may try this!!
