I also had the problem where it says you are not logged on - (the infinity loop problem).

 

So I wrote a ticket and was requested to try updating flash and delete all the browser cache, or try another browser.

 

I tried using another browser (firefox) and this solved the problem. 

 

Hope this might help other heroes out there in trouble.

So before filing a ticket, you may try this!!

 

That's the error I had yesterday.  I missed the reward completely.  I was eventually able to get it the other days.  I don't guess there's any way to get it now?

Doomcloud just out of interest what browser were you using and having the issue?

I haven't joined the forum until being enticed to do so for this advent event, however whilst I am now a member I'll add this as my first post. 

 

I've also experienced this "login error" throughout this event, and two support tickets later nothing has been resolved.  Having only been able to open 2 presents, I've started barely remembering to check if today's present will even open.   Instead of the (I assume) intention of creating some anticipation with gamers, for me, it's really fizzled to a slow/boring/uneventful death.

I have also recieved the "login error" 3 times during this event, but it has always cleared itself up later in the day. I do not even bother trying to open them until the afternoon now.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and/or using a different browser? It may solve your issue

Error message, as well as getting a 7 day booster and have it expire in 1 or 2 days.

Yes, I have cleared my cache and tried different browsers. I eventually get my reward, like I said, I just have to wait is all.

I have come to the conclusion that it runs on a particular clock.  I am never able to open a box at the reset.  I have to wait several hours before I can open it.  Which tells me, that someone has set "the clock" incorrectly.  I still can open them.  Just have to wait a few hours. No big deal for me.  I figure is they want to give me something free---I don't mind waiting a few hours

 

Now you can't open a box at all----yes definitely open a support ticket.  Check to see the stats on it.  Don't let up until they fix it.  You can keep adding comments to your ticket.​

I was using chrome.. but later I have been able to access the calender with chrome too.. without clearing cache or updating anything(unless this has happened silently in the background)).

So it could be its still a timing issue???
