I don't have any issues with a trophy getting randomly dispersed and teams have to scramble to set fights to win it the next day. One day without the benefits of a trophy is no big deal. There are so many daily changes that can happen in the game that it's not that big of a deal. The big deal is just getting those trophies moving already. The leagues are already under way. So finding a way to handle the trophies more fairly should have happened last week.

I think 3000 energy is a big deal, but many things do happen. That's fair. We can't change what has been done, but we can always try to ameliorate the present system.

I know it went to the Trophies discussion, but to keep it on topic per topic title, something that would help the league system is to change the divisions a bit more.
Besides the league points for each division, maybe narrowing down the level difference of the players in a division would even things out a bit. So lets say for bronze division, you would take players from lvl 10 to lvl 30. When u pass the points needed to go to silver, if u are under 30 you get to choose if u want to go to silver or not. If though you are 31. the moment you pass them u get transfered to silver and cant go back.
Probably this idea needs some more thought put into work, but its a general idea

I doubt I fully understand what the idea is. Pardon me, if I am mistaken.
But let give it a try, .
Bronze division can only attack people in bronze division ?
I think I partially understand the concept, but I don't get how it would really help the situation.
It's a nice thing for high stats players, theoretically.
But who wants to stay stuck at 14% booster when you can go at a 20% and be certain to never go back, even if you don't make any type of effort.
If we did apply that to the game, someone who is in the champion league could literally never look at the leagues again, except maybe mondays for weekly sign in.
We would all be champions in 3 weeks , but then where is the point of having leagues ?
By we, I mean any active player over level 50.
Enlighten me, please. Explain it really slowly, I'm as blind as a bat and deaf as a post.
Also, yes, sorry about the trophy discussion.

Trophy discussion is on topic-----Trophies affect the leagues more than anything else does.
Right now it seems that there is a range for who the leagues allow you to fight. I am getting people in the league I am in, in the league above and the league below. So far I think it is working for me. It always gets tougher when you advance a league, because that is your main pool.

Well, everything applies to the leagues at some extent.
Villains affects the leagues more than trophies some days, so it's all pretty relative.
I'm not sure about it really being " better ", but it's good to know, it works for some people.
Now, I have an idea that would change the league system completely.
People would even be excited about loosing leagues points... wait for it... JAMS.
I was fighting a villain the other day, when the idea, like lightning, struck me.
I was listening to some" tough guys inspiring hard metal rock stuff really manly kind of rap ", and playing the game.
I realized that I didn't care about loosing or winning, because I was listening to some" tough guys inspiring hard metal rock stuff really manly kind of rap song "
Music enhances the mood...
Even though, I know that many here don't consider " tough guys inspiring hard metal rock stuff really manly kind of rap song" like music, but really anything would do.

Yeah. I play music on another tab all the time when I fight, especially Macklemore's "Can't Hold Us". Which I love to play during hard team fights.

Ok, i gave more though to my initial idea, and hotfixed some inconsistencies.
The way the leagues work now, is grouping together the first 100 people from each Tier when they sign up. The next 100 get a new group and so on. Forget what i said about climbing up and never going back, here is the improved version.
Make all the tiers, instead of grouping first 100 ppl that sign up, level based. So you have from bronze to Champion for lvls 10-29, 30-59,60-89 and so on(or any similar lvl range that seems appropriate).
That way beast toons will have a chance to higher rewards, especially if their playstyle is forced by not enough time to do missions all day.
Maybe as u climb the lvl groups, after a point the lvl range should increase to 40 or 50 lvls.
Thats the general idea

I have tiny little almost non-existant objections , but it sounds pretty great to me.
I still need to note that the tiers wouldn't be 100 even if you increased the level range the more you go up.
That wouldn't really bother me, since it's already the case in the higher leagues.
What I would add to what you're proposing is a " level x and over" category, for the people loosing honor or with REALLY nasty stats...
The hammer of confusion might just give a level 300 the stats of a level 10, which would lead to him being relegated to Bronze III, where a" level 100+ " tier would be welcoming them.
Anyhow, it really does sound better and pretty fair to me. Nice job .

If stats do not matter in a fight, what does ?

I think trophies affect the leagues more than villains. Villains you get 8 training points at a time in the top 10. If you have 4 training trophies, you get 20 extra training points. And pretty much everyone is getting between 8-5 training points from the villain each time.
Music is always nice.
Leagues are working for me right now. Champion league sucked in the beginning. I got there fast. The people who followed me in were all from the top two teams---so I got my booty whipped. I could enjoy the stat increase only in my team fights and duels. But as I got kicked back down to Gold III. I could enjoy gaining coins again-----which is my favorite of course. Now more people have made it to the Champion League ---so I have more people I can beat now. So it has balanced itself out for me.

Someone needs to explain this to me.
For the first time in weeks, I haven't been fully active for five days, and it's the longest time I've stayed in the leagues.
I didn't attack anyone for five days, and apparently, the system rewards that...
How messed up is that ? Really, it now makes me think twice before to attack anyone.
Because, what disturbs me the most is that, I'm not even that strong.
25% ( Rough Estimation.. nothing I really looked into) of the Champion league can attack with 100% chances of winning.
So I guess my question is, do you appear more often in people's list when you are an active player ( Online often ? )
I'm sorry if all of this doesn't make much sense. It's late and I'm exhausted...

One theory could be that if you are in the championship league, you are as high as you can go so not really a need to fight other than to maintain that, so the fighting overall could be slower.

Just some things it might be....
When you fight, your points are higher---thus attracting opponents. When you don't fight---you aren't adding those points----thus maybe not being as attractive to opponents. In other words they are picking someone else. Also, the coin value could be taking place. I can have people all offering me two points in my attack list---I will go with the higher coins.
People can tend to advance fast in this game, so as people are advancing they are looking for who has the most points to offer to them today. Or the most coins. By not playing---yours is staying the same and not advancing with theirs.
This is all maybe stuff.
