• Hi, how are you? Can you give us your username and the servers where you are playing?
Hey, I'm fine. My username is bxvamp and the only server I play on is US1. Been playing for almost 2 years now.
• Do you want to talk a little bit about yourself, about the life when you are not working as a hero?
Sure ask anything.
Right now, I currently work as a restaurant manager at a small place in Mamaroneck, NY. I'm there for about 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. So most of the time I'm playing on the mobile app. Other than work, I read alot , mostly SciFi/fantasy stuff. Currently reading book 12 of The Dresden Files series. Other than work and reading, I find time for a little bit of TV and video games also.
• When did you start to play Hero Zero?
I started on 8/24/2012. Almost 2 years ago and I've been addicted ever since.
• How did you start player Hero Zero? Through friends? Publicity?
I started playing on kongregate. It was one of the recommended games by the site.
• Do you still remind the first days as a “noob” in Hero Zero?
Yes! It was so much fun! Getting like 10 levels in a day. Gear in the shop that was always + stats. Didn't quite know what I was doing until a player named Caprica invited me to DarkWing. She taught me about proper character builds. I didn't even know I could refill my energy until I joined this team.
• What do you like the most in the game?
I like special events. Like Halloween and Xmas. Gives us something to do other than the daily grind stuff. Also, global refreshes are awesome!
• Do you have particular goals to achieve in the game?
I still wanna be the strongest player. Right now, Excrucio still has more stats than me. So I want to keep playing until I'm able to beat him in a duel.
• In your opinion, what was your greatest achievement in HZ so far?
Greatest so far has been when my team,Dark Wing, finally became strong enough to beat Vis Maior. We used to have a huge rivalry going at the beginning of the game. They were the team to beat
• Hero Zero creates friendships. Have you created any kind of friendship with another player? Who and how?
Yea many. You meet people from all over the world playing this game. There's a couple of players that have quit but we still keep in touch through Facebook, mainly Baka and Firetiger. Even play other games with them outside of HZ.
• Who's your favorite Hero? Why? (e.g. Batman, Super-Man)
I uses to be a big fan of superman when i was younger. He could do everything. Fly, super strength and speed. Xray vision! What little boy wouldn't want xray vision?! Lol
• Which are your tips for beginners?
Do your training! Duel as much as possible. The more duels, the more coin. The more coin, the more stats you can buy. Always spend your coin on stats and use a 50% mission booster if possible. Don't worry so much about gear in the early levels as your gear will be constantly changing.
• Describe HZ in 3 words.
