i found that if you attack someone and you win with your life 30% left or less and another time same happens the third time you will loose so don't attack the third time and same if you were attack by someone 2 times and he wins both times attack him you will win the third time

honestly not sure about this one I've attacked people consistently with less than 20% life left think its more to do with your stats or their stat setup are you crit or dodge heavy?

It also depends on Sidekicks. I've lost many a duel to "Cheating Death"

I love this move so much but none of my pets have ever had it cant wait for that day and good point pets do play a role in most duels but if its happening to you consistent man have you attacked someone twice and then attacked someone else and come back to try them again, don't really think that this is a mechanic but might be. If so good catch.

lol what I meant was attack someone 2 times then attack someone else then go back for the third attack on the first guy
