Why do they never inform us about the updates?
I time my in-game progression according to my work schedule and because of the update today I'm unable to get the sidekick from the mole hunt event.
I play this game on steam most of time and I never get any updates or news about maintenance. I need the sidekick from the mole hunt which ends 04-03-2024 and I would have gotten it as well if not for server shutdown.

Because they suck! I have asked about this so many effing times. They used to do it for years. WTF is their problem?

I need that sidekick that I missed due to your no notification update as an email in game. I just got the 20 shovels needed to finish the last room and the game crashed due to maintenance.

Same here and this is definitely not fair neither professional. While waiting the last Garden to open and left approximately 1.5Hours before the mission ends I am supper happy that I can take my sidekick from Mole Hunt event... but no someone decides to shut down the server leaving us with nothing but lost time, money,donuts,etc? You can't just make Maintenance of the server before this Event ends? Or if you do Maintenance warn the people so they can decide what to do! Spoke with support and his answer was the Maintenance was announced in forum! Yes at 6:59 a minute before you shut it down? Please be so kind and give us some compensation-complimentary or sidekick from the Event!
