The vouchers codes from this forum does not work on JumpstartSpeedServer, as far as i know the Jumpstart doesn't have a forum,

where do i suppose to play the Advent so i can use the codes there ?

In our house, we have two people using one computer each with two Heros on two servers.  Only one Hero on one server was able to use the code.  The code was the same for us on both servers.

Could you please provide a screenshot perhaps? Also, please check your inventory, as the error message may appear, but there is a chance you got the rewards anyway.

I have attached the screenshot of the message that appears after I tried to redeem the code from the 1st day of the advent calendar. The same thing happens with todays (2nd) day. 

 

I have checked my inventory and emails on the game mutliple times and still nothing.

 

Edit* Apparently the screenshot did not attach eh. But it is exactly the same message that pops up on the screenshot provided by Scream.

Hey! Are you using the same forum account?

No, two different forum accounts.  It happened today, too.  The code didn't work on the jumpint server.  And it's the same code.  I don't have a screenshot, but the message is that the code is invalid and to please enter a valid code.

As meljer stated the codes from the UK forum work! Thank you!

 

However it would also be nice to receive the reward for the first day as I did open it yesterday. Hmm..

I don't think coupons from different regions work. For example, jump is considered a European server for some reason, so coupons from regions in the Americas and Asia (ap1) don't work on this server.

 

I've tried using coupons from the Portuguese forum on an account I have on us8/us9 and the coupons don't work either, because they're from different regions.

 

However, I think it's incorrect for jump to be considered a "European" server, and it would be a good addition if coupons from any region (america, asia and europe) were valid on this server.

Page with advent os not loading on iphone 14..safari or chrome..only a black screen. Anyone usong Iphone and succed to load the tab with advent? If yes, how?

I successfully took the code but is not working, it said the code is wrong. I play on RO5 server.

P.s. Solved..got a code from UK server.

the UK fourm works with the UK and the jump server, its will not work for any other server so playing RO servers will not get one from the UK forums

 

actually you are wrong. you can use UK forum cupons on RO, PT, ES, IT, ... servers. 

 

It's not about the server, but about the region (Europe, Asia and America)

I am unable to find any place to enter code. Playing on iPhone and am unable to download Hero Zero onto Mac so phone is only option
