Pieces of equipment from awards are impossible to collect since require to be with your team on 2nd, 3rd place and so on.
1. A team never want lose on purpose ..is not natural.
2. Let’s say we convince members to lose one week so we can go on 3rd place at the end on the competition, guess what: there are only 2 teams on our server.

Solution: that pieces should be a reward for solo performance at herocon.
