Team Upgrade ?Problem?

When you buying upgrade for team, like Expand Quarter higher then 14 level(15). And with that you have only 2 dudes in team. Showing *thing* what be below with screenshot what i need to donate 5 donuts when i have more.

This is ok?

Answer pls.

in order to donate to the team you can only donate the amount of bought donuts...so lets say i only bought 100 donuts then the max you can ever donate is upto 100 donuts..once you reached that max you would have to buy again in order to donate more...now lets say i bought 10,000donuts id have a long time before i reached that max.
