Was originally having issues with collecting the HC rewards where it kept automatically resetting whenever I tried to collect. Now we can't even log into the server. It keeps saying 403 Forbidden. I was almost done my special missions for the HC and now it's gonna screw up the time I'm able to do them at....they should automatically be reset to initial time at tomorrow's reset to make up for this.

Hello!

I have the same problem about 403 Forbidden and Unknown Error trying get the rewards tho.

I tried restart my pc, my router, clean the cookies and cache and doesn´t work yet.
Someone know how to solve that?

Hello!

right now it is many players experiencing this problem, it has been reported up the chain but unsure hope long it will take, in the meantime id keep an eye here in the forums for updates...you can also write a ticket to support if you would like, but on a positive side you are not the only one this is happening too....we will wait together. im truly sorry you are getting this glitch. im trying to keep an eye on it and update as fast as i become aware.

ohh, okay thats nice to know.
so the problem is about hero zero servers?

from what i can tell it is specifically the jumpserver

I open a ticket on my main language server (Portugal).

But i can open here tho :)

Is it safe to do specials since I was not able to close out the old Con? Still having the problem reloading after trying to collect. But I can do everything else.

Since we cant click ranking list icon, if you want to see data you can go to hideout and click hero hideout ranking lists there and then change the tab to what you want to look at.

there is also a message bubble on the lower right so you can still chat with your team without going into the team

if it goes on much longer it will affect the team fights if players can not register for fights...

just checking in with you all, still trying to get this figured out, im sorry you are all having difficulties, keep here for the latest on this glitch...we have had alot of bugs lately i think someone forgot to take out the trash and they have been building up...while we wait there are a few games in the spam of the fourms if you would like to play..and also you can play the game just not get into the rank list or team chat...if you are having any other issues apart from this please send a ticket to support so they can look into it, if you are having the endless loop of donut holes and refreshes please let us know here.

it seems that going into the ranking list through the traditional way opens up the herocon rewards which kicks back to refreshing the game, but you can go to the ranking list through the hideout. but entering the team to register for fights is now hindered as players can not get into the team..that said if players just want to chat they can use the chat bubble.

Just for helpful purposes, opening the ranking list by traditional way, by clicking on trophy tab, works for me

I have the same problem. I enter the Team or the Ranking. I click Close and that the game needs to refresh. And so round
