The goal is for each team to collect team points to reach certain levels.
Example:
Lvl. 1 - 100 team points
Lvl. 2 - 1000 team points
Lvl. 3 - 3000 team points
Lvl. 30 (max level) - 250 000 team points
Each level unlocks team rewards with the higher it is, the better the reward.
Each level unlocks and personal rewards! However, to receive this reward, the player himself must also have scored team points.
Example:

Personal reward - 3 skill points, requirement: 100 personal points
Each level have a different rewards.
The required personal points may be at the following limits:

To receive personal rewards from lvl. 16 to lvl. 25 - 7500 personal points
To receive personal rewards from lvl. 26 to lvl. 30 - 15000 personal points
In this way, all players are encouraged to join the event.
Attempts
Each player have 10 free attempts to complete missions during the event season.
Everyday during the event each player receives 1 attempt more for free.
Once all attempts are used up, the player can purchase more, but not more than 3 per day.
Once a mission is accepted, one attempt is spent.
Refresh missions
If a player does not like any of the specified personal missions, he can replace one of them after accepting it and then canceling it. A new mission appears in its place, but the attempt is spent irretrievably.
The Leader and his Advisors can refresh special team missions once every 12 hours.
Ranking
After the event season ends, more rewards are awarded as follows:
Team ranking - each team receives rewards and promoting/demoting in the league
Player ranking - This is a ranking that is internal to the team. Players with most personal points receive an additional symbolic prize, for example - first place - 10 skill points.
I hope you will like the idea and implement it in the game!
