Hello, fellow searching Heroes. 

I'm sure most of us found the first Design Page easily enough. It was on our stats buttons on the left. 

I am, however, stumped as to where Design Page #2 might be. I've searched everywhere I can think of and cannot find it. 

Any clues, please?

I don't do League fights... 
Joined up, there's nothing there, even on the Rankings page. 

Ok. Finally found it. Didn't have to Join, either. Now I'm stuck with it. Oh, well.

Design Page #3 is on the Team page, if you look at the Team page of a player (not the Rankings page).

I knew they were being jerks with how well they were disguising it,
but I've been on my Hideout page a dozen times today, and DID NOT EVEN SEE THIS !!

I too was on the hero hideout page and looked for it about 50 times and never saw it, but then I had to move the screen down to get to the gym part of my hideout and "found it" accidentally.
