Will modifications 'stack, ie. can I put a new one on top of the first one. My new modification shows a stats improvement. But it will only improve my stats if I can keep the first one, TOO. If I try to Modify my cape with the new modification, will it remove the one that is on there, currently?

when you place new modification on item, previous one goes away and only new one remains
