I started playing Hero Zero on my phone. When I wanted to try and play it on the PC as well I went and registered on the forums, and then tried to play, but the browser says there is no character linked to my e-mail account! Is it possible for me to fix this somehow? I am not particularly technically proficient.

My friend says that the key is to go to your phone and untether your account, but I don't know enough about it to give you specific directions.

I have the opposite problem I play on my PC through Armor Games and tried to log into the game directly on my phone. I put in the same username, but it simply created a brand-new hero and didn't link me to my current hero. I couldn't find anything in the options menu that would let me untether my account, though.
