I keep getting the "simultaneous login" popup telling me to reload over and over.  I can't get into the game.  I only have one browser window open and am only logged in on one computer.  Is this a known issue?

I just started having this issue today and restarted my machine and only opened a connection to HeroZero and again got this issue -- checked my facebook account which that login is tied to and no one is on it -- so this is some kind of erroneous error on the games side or someone has hacked the server accounts directly which again would put it on the game side.

 

Is there any ETA on when this might get fixed?

Also the same. I had started getting it a week or two ago when my screensaver timed out my session. BUT THAT WAS ONLY ONE RELOAD TO CLEAR. Then it was fine. But, yeah, can't login at all now.

 

Already cleared cache, deleted temp files, restarted computer.

How can we get a refund all the energy, boosters, etc. we can't use today? This problem is now already lasting for hours.

I have the same problem. I was successfully logged in 4 hours ago, then logged off, and now tried to log back on to this error.

It's gamewide. i checked the German forum and they are having the same issues. Maybe HZ is under attack?

They told me to update my flashplayer.  I followed the link they sent me and installed.  This did not work.

It looks like someone or several people are in game in US4.  The duel/league fight icon, when I first tried to unsuccessfully logon, showed 69 fight notifications.  Since I first tried to logon, that number has grown to 78.  I don't know how so many people have attacked me within the past four hours if everyone is getting locked out--I've never seen that many attacks in one day, even during a duel herocon.  Makes me think the game has been hacked and someone's getting unlimited fights.

I am having same issue on us2 deleted all files rebooted cpu nothing works oh well I guess I don't need to buy donuts this way lol.

I just noticed I have 58 attacks, thats absurd. and it keeps going up. Something is going on and its not on our end like Playata would have you think

It has to be someone hacking. I was playing and i was randomly logged off all the sudden unable to login. I have 70 attacks on my hero. How is that possible? There arent much heroes who can even beat me

There is someone hacking the game obviously. I had 70 people attack me which is impossible since there are only around 7 heroes who can take me on

I wonder if we're really getting attacked. And if so what will our honor look like afterwards. Haha
