Both my son and I are playing Hero Zero and we are having the same issue.  In the lower left corner of the screen, we have the blue circle that sometimes appears when the game is loading/working, but it keeps flickering on and off.  Clicking is very weird - I can sometimes click on things, but it's like it will only accept a quick click when the loading circle flashes off.

PLEASE help! When I open the game, a "simultanious login" appears and I have to reload. When reloading, it happens again and again and again... I have changed browser, cleared cache AND tried on both phone and browser! What to do?

I'm having the same issue... when I log on the double energy pop up comes up and when I click it off it just comes right back so I can't play the game.
