The video's you can watch to shorten time for missions is not working for me.  They pop-up then freeze frame.  I emptied/cleared cache, flash player, history.....still happening.

This has been going on for me for the last 2 years. No one has been able to tell me how to fix it. Pity I can't use videos to reduce mission time.

TBH, I don't know how to help you  but I'll just share this. I hope this will kinda help

 

My television is always working fine for me, the only times it doesn't is when I use the cellphone app to play . What I do is press the television and after that, I see a television that shows absolutely nothing and it will show something after I wait a few seconds, either the Big Bang Empire ad or an image advertisement of another game. After that, the mission now finished halfway through

I had the same problem when playing through Nutaku, support told me to check AD block was not on, i found it on my email page switched it off so AD's worked & it solved the problem

I love those adds where you can half attack time of a villain. An attack takes 2 minutes. But some adds recently take like 1 and half minute...
