I am noticing - and I know I am not the only person who is noticing - that recently there have been issues with the live chat. Specifically, it is not scrolling automatically.
Perhaps a FaceBook HeroZero chat room might work better?

If you are talking about the live chat to the right on the screen, i believe that it is a Facebook HeroZero chat room.
