so I noticed we have a new message system. Its kind of a pain. It says I have a message and it keeps saying I do after I clicked on it

might be one of the other windows within the new message system?? but in us1 I got same issue now, for no reason, in past it was donuts message or might be an OLD message that you "deleted" without reading but since you never read it is shown again as waiting to be read?

some messages that are now called "conversations" with members that i deleted came back

and now the "donuts messages" are permanent it seems

none of these can be deleted now, you can only hide conversations now

and now some "group conversation" go to the top and are marked as "new" when someone leaves the conversation

OKAY

looks like the issue might be "team mail"

I get it on where there is a message about the patch in team mail

but no issue at teams where there is no team mail( or at least not a one done today )

sorry to add a new one, but the 30 minutes window to edit is over

I can't find a way to see the team mail I started or any message to any individual from me where there is no reply

it is nice that it cuts number of messages as they merged into a conversation but also as I said in previous post, many messages I deleted in the past suddenly are back

Some things I like about it and some things I don't. When things are new it takes time to break it in. People need to be patient and take time to learn the new system. Also, we need to let support know the problems we are encountering so they can address them.

Give it a little more time.

The whole message system is a pain. Plus I cannot delete all messages at once anymore. Maybe a donut sale would be appropriate about now to relieve the stress of this abhorrent system. Just saying. Plus you can not erase those slimy free donut messages. Plus there are months old previously deleted conversations in there.
