I thought you meant they were attacking you it was a misunderstanding

Well, accusing my good will and willingness to give up my prize to make others happy as being a poisoned apple, ...... Yeah, I was being attacked. So were the mods when they were accused of playing favoritism towards their "friends" meaning anyone on the list of winners. And if their conspiracy theory is right, then, based on the nature of the game, the mods would have been able to pick who would win what before the contest was ever announced. Yet a BRAND NEW forum member took the main prize. Makes that conspiracy theory fall short.

To the best of my knowledge, there were no mods in any winner's team. My team, which had THE most entrants at 8, has 1 FORMER mod, me. The accuser's team has TWO former mods. So the likelihood of "favoritism" occurring is twice as great with the accuser's team than it is any other's. That my team has 4 MINOR winners is solely from sheer volume of entrants from us and the immediacy and continuation of our entries. We also had more non winners than anyone. But I'm sure that was ignored by the conspiracy theorists.

 

I used to hear these same complaints from that team before I retired and it's still the same now that I've returned. Every time something goes against them, it's because the devs and mods hate them. Every time something goes in favor of another, it's "favoritism". They completely forget the times they've had good fortune and others have had bad fortune, in favor of acting like victims. And this from the team that has held 5 training trophies far longer and more often than any other team on their server, for as long as the server has existed.

 

It's really tired.

I did not have classified as poisonous, I just found reality. He wanted to look good and selfless man but is right? I heard various actions of this man and not really orthodox. And it seems that the rumors are true. Now he victimize himself changing the subject of this thread. Anyway that was consumed and I do not think we can go back where we were but surely we can talk about other things on this forum.

Looks like you just contradicted yourself in these two quotes.

I found reality a long time ago with you guys. I stated it in my last comment.

By the way, "not orthodox" doesn't mean incorrect. It means different than what a particular group considers normal. Almost every scientific breakthrough came from unorthodox means. And unorthodox or not, I never broke any rules.

So what would these "rumors" be? That I don't conform to your idea of how the server we play on should be? I guess that would make you unorthodox with the rest of the server. By the way, 98% of what I do in game, I learned watching your team.

And no, I didn't change the subject. I offered up my prize "to look good and selfless man but is right"? No. I offered it up because I actually feel bad for the mods who have to put up with this nonsense of people complaining every time they try to do something nice for the community. If I wanted to "look good" I would have chosen the name "Heroes Inc." instead of "Villains Inc." So twist it however you want, but it's obvious you got it wrong just like you got your other conspiracy wrong.

Are you mad? You seemed so in all your previous comments. Y'know, poison apples, conspiracies and all that nonsense.

I'm happy if you're happy. I'm hoping it'll mean we won't hear any more of this conspiracy and favoritism nonsense.

My statement was because they didn't state the tie breaker rules ahead of time and still cannot be forthcoming with them after the contest as we have seen two different responses tto the original question. So yes It is shady and bad form to run a contest that the players don't know the rules. It should be clear, and transparent from the start.

Only top10 players got the prizes. When they tied, the ranking was chosen internally. The person who reached to target first, found himself/herself a place on the top 10.
