I like the idea of different careers and professions being honored by an event.  You could have fun ones like, as mentioned, Pirates Day, Cowboy Day, Hot Dog/food truck vendor's Day, Teacher's Day, Nurse/Doctor's Day...

as anime lover, i just want to suggest this idea of one piece outfit or luffy outfit and make it creative and it’s called “pirate season”. Many anime lover who play this game will love this idea.
