The code also makes me refresh .. I have done that around 5 times now .. with no result ...

Thanks for sending me a voucher for the 4th anniversary of your game, When I use it however, it gives me an error and reloads the game.

Hello lordbane666 support are currently aware of this issue ,however they still request anyone having this problem open a support ticket via http://support.herozerogame.com, please include your user name, email address and server.

Same problem here, the game errors and refreshes. I've sent in a support ticket, so fingers crossed! :)

I just tried hzbday2016 instead of the CAPS HZBDAY2016 and it worked, so this might be a workable solution.
