So after trying to go through the payment process a couple of times I get this purple screen to reload. Then suddenly there is no account under my e-mail address. So does that mean my account is deleted?

Did you unbind your account 1st? If so, then your account can be recovered. If you didn't unbind your account 1st, then it is possible. You'll have to write a ticket to support to get a definitive answer though.

Yea I unbinded my account. For some reason I tried buying donuts but it didn't work so I kept trying then suddenly I got this purple page. Then I tried to log into my account but yea. I think they still charged me to.....

 

So do you know what happened to my account?

Unfortunately, I don't know. But on the bright side, you can write a ticket into support. Be sure in your message that you give your email, toon name and server. I know they ask for these things in the ticket application, but you'll still have to put it in your actual message to them. But they will get you your account back. It was very wise of you to have unbound your account, so that is a boon in your favor. Should this have happened and you hadn't then unfortunately, your account would have been likely lost for good. So anyone else reading this that hasn't unbound their account, do so NOW!

No, and no. But it has happened to others I know. And no, you didn't necessarily do anything wrong. You may have, but not necessarily. In-game support would better be able to answer that than I. Sometimes glitches just happen in the digital world.
