I hope this has not been suggested but I would love to see a tab added for Notes that can be viewed by team advisors only. This could be very helpful in keeping all advisors informed about any leadership information that team members may not necessarily need to know.....It would also keep your inbox from being overflowed with chats you'll never have time to read.

Being in a different time zone from most of my team, I sometimes miss important information, with this, I could just go to the Tab and be caught up! Great idea Kate!

actually I think keeping the whole team in the know is important. Dont keep info from them.

Well in running a team there is info that needs to be discussed just with the advisors. Usually after the leader and advisors make decisions for the team---then it is funneled to the team. And some info isn't funneled to team members at all. That is why we have an advisor chat as well. But that advisor chat sometimes isn't around when a missing advisor comes on. A notes tab would definitely help with this. And Faith, for example, sometimes you get a new member and they are still being felt out and developing trust among team members.

Well, well. This is a tricky matter, a double-edged sword. I'll forward the request, and maybe add possiblities to add options, like for instance "who can see these notes, and after when, what part of it, etc". What do you think?

This new function would prove great so I didn't have to send my advisors an update message every couple of weeks and can keep it in the advisor notes instead of hidden away in my personal notes haha. Plus you never know if there's a mole in your team sneaking around finding hidden tips/tricks to take back to their team D: this has never happened to me (i hope not anyway) and I hope to keep it that way :3.
