Today I paid for the 
adrenaline booster. It took the money and didn't give me extra fights, just had the one fight available. I have submitted a ticket. Just a head's up on the issue and to warn people whose Adrenaline Booster may have expired to be aware that I am having an issue.

Actually, the adrenaline booster speeds up fight renewal from 1 hour to 45 minutes for the one... it's not meant to give you extra fights, just to renew your fights faster...

It does allow you to store more fights though. The coin booster allows you to save up to 3 fights. The donut booster allows you to store up to 6.

Like AngelicaSynn mentioned - the max amount of attack points don't automatically appear. It takes time to fill up.
