I have a question.
Why not advertising offers Supersonic video ads appear.
Is the offer is over? Are there any ongoing maintenance?
A few days earlier all was fine.

Have more will not be such offers?

I haven't been looking at those for the past few weeks, now.

Yet, there is some things I can tell you, because I was a really big user of those, not so long ago.

 

Sometimes, it disappears for two or three days, and it comes back.

Nothing to be really worried about, just take them when they're there.

 

If it's longer than a week, then you can ask yourself some questions.

 

One thing is that it also depends on what region or country, you are in.

 

A little like.. hm.. youtube ad videos.

 

( Except when the video was published by the brand or.. when a brand buys it for one video, which is quite expensive and not the best investment..

 Buying priority for a region or a certain amount of percentage on the views in a region sounds smarter and it just creates more advertisement on the people, they are actually targeting.

A youtube channel might be in contract with a brand where they give them all the videos and not only a specific one. Which can be chaotic, too. Anyways, I think they work the same way. This is theory, of course.)

 

 

So, if you travelled into a region or country, where they don't have ads.. it might be more than two or three days.

 

A teammate lives in Canada and I reside in the U.S., we noticed that when she was screaming "  10 supersonic, BRB "

.. I was surprised and said that there were only 2 videos. Another teammate who lived relatively close saw 2 videos too and it was the same titles.(= We shared screenshots ) 

 

I truly doubt it was a coincidence.

 

I can't answer for maintenance, but I doubt the offer is ever really over. It's a cycle. 

 

I asked to some friends, unfortunately my team is pretty much all over the world. 

So I received 10 extremely different replies. 

 

 

Hopefully, this will help you find supersonic.

I can only say that I was having quite a few vids com my way before the offer and the same day the offer came out...everything on the east coast dried out completely in both supersonic and persona.ly tabs for videos.

 

It would almost seem that the concentration of offers are going to mobile users for which I am not and will not be. Please don't forget us pc users, we need videos as well.

 

I had a good stretch of videos for about 2 weeks before the latest offering, prior to that was another long spell of nothing that lasted several months.

 

I would ask for balance for mobile and pc users were we could all have a chance of at least 10 videos a day...hint hint to the video offering Gods.

I play only on the phone, no videos for donuts ever, reduce missions yes but not donuts. Never see one on either offer wall.

Supersonic doesn't have support outside of missing donuts.

Unless support really wants to answer individual tickets from multiple players not being able to find videos in the "do offers for donuts" part of the game - which I doubt - it is far better to have this discussion on the forum. 

 

That way players thinking "what the heck where are the videos gone?" can come here and find out *without* having to send a ticket to support. It's good for Support, it's good for players and it's good for the game. 

 

Having played online for a long time I can confirm that video offers come and go. It's seasonal, and it is, as SuperSamSam said also tied to geographic location.

 

As far as the PC vs Mobile issue - usually it's the advertisers who decide whether they want their videos shown via pc or mobile or both. HZ will have very little - if any - control over that decision.  

 

If someone from Playata (the people who make HZ) wanted to come and clarify this, that would be awesome. And then it would be answered once for all and anyone asking the same question next year could be pointed here.

Nop you can talk about it here, but to fixed the problem and I think it's the 1st objectif tickets are the best solution . 

 

If no tickets we won't be able to report anything cause we need some details , need to test accounts ... .

Unfortunately, this is how it seems to be for the moment.

 

We will do our best to keep you informed when we get more information regarding this issue,

since it's been a big "question-mark" all over the past few days.
