This has happened a number of times to us. Two teams pick us for a fight at the same time. As a result, no one on our team can register for the fight as you sign up for one, the game still thinks there is an open team battle and continues to prompt. The end result: we have to fight to battles with no one on our team being able to enter the fight and we lose both fights.

 

And each time, no response from Technical Support other than sorry that it happened to you. It is categorically unfair that we lose the battle because of a game glitch that Tech Support will not acknowldge as a problem and even more unfair that we lost both battles.

 

This also creates a game exploit in that 2 teams can work together to time their picks at the same time to inflict on a 3rd team double the losses.

 

Someone explain to me how this can continue? Why hasn't this been fixed?

 

Yes I have sent a message to support but like last time, I expect that we will get a so sorry it has happened to you message and our team will continiue on with the losses.

 

I am posting this message to let others know of this potential problem. Perhaps if more people come forward with this problem something can get done.

If by chance your team is suffering from this and each time you go into the Team chat, you are met with the popup to signup for a fight that won't go away no matter how many times you click on Ready...how is a person supposed to get into Team chat? Two things you need to do:

 

1) Open a support ticket. Won't get resolved and will leave a bad taste in your mouth BUT they will have a record of the problem.

 

2) Click on the other team's emblem in the popup. This will take you to their team page. Then you can click on team chat at the bottom to take you to your chat.

Hi guys,

 

About these bugs on simultaneous attacks. We have been made aware of this very well in these past days, and are taking it very seriously. This means, we have to be patient and just try to avoid it, and hope that nobody wants to play dirty and take advantage of it. 

 

The reporting of these bugs is extremely important, because it will as you say leave a record of it, and be sent to the appropriate people who can fix these things. So just keep on doing it - while at the same time avoiding any abusing of Game Support, please.
