i have everything, but never see a grinch and never get carjacks, is there a reason, mind u if i have the rest i play quite a bit

I believe you progress regarding the car jacks when training (?). Spend your training units! 

 

As for the grinch, you will just have to wait and see. With some luck it will eventually appear.

Strange. I am quite sure I progressed by training.. Is it 50 'car jacks'? Unfortunately, I finished it yesterday, so can't look back. Perhaps someone else can confirm or invalidate this.

Yes you gain "car jacks" by training.  "Swing by the training centre and toughen your body and mind - that will be the only way to repair the sleigh on time."

i only see 1 place to train, and i have trained like 20 times, no jacks


i keep training and no jacks, whats wrong, no matter where i go no jacks, um mod get back to me already

Yes, they only add up (show up) on the events "to-do" list, when you click on the Santa Claus in the Missions -screen. Train 50 units, and that part is done! Training is quite boring without donuts and remote control -batteries, but IMO (in my opinion) the most important part of getting your heros skills up to decent levels.
