Hello Heroine here ( US2)

i have big problem to my account.

can i change main email to another email ? my reason is maybe i forgot password or been hacked.

i cant open my email also so there is problem if i want to login..

so far i can play because im still not logout yet, i scare if i logout i cant login anymore..

please give me a details what can i do.

For this you should send ticket to the support system, you can't find any solution here unfortunately.

if i send a ticket. it must be verify to email.
i cant open email to view ticket id..

You can check it directly here and you can use also another email for send the ticket.

For your first question, if you wanna change into game your email from your game account, you can it. Instead, if you are not able to change it, as cullina already suggest you, send a ticket to Game Support
