Oh my. It actually wont let me send a PM either!
Basically, after filling out the ticket (which includes an attachment which may be the issue actually) I click 'send ticket' naturally. When I click 'send ticket' Instead of a screen which probably would say the ticket has been sent it, the page just doesn't load. I've tried on different internet browsers and checked my internet connection but it comes up with this screen everytime. The page just doesn't load and has the usual message telling you to check your internet connection and that the page might be busy etc.
Removed the attachment, which does make it more difficult to explain in the ticket, but it finally sent. Incredibly annoying but still. Thanks for trying to help
