I think the training should be different mini games like brain could be some kind of puzzle and intuition could be some kind of game where you had to guess(maybe something like high card/ low card). Maybe Strength could be like one of those hammer games they have at carnivals; im talking about the one with the bell on top im not sure what those are called. Stamina could be something like running but you have to dodge stuff that bad people are throwing at you.
Please offer suggestions and like this if you agree.

in the spirit of the game design mechanics, training should still be available as 5-minute-idle,
whereas micromanaging by minigame may get you a slightly better result.
you could use 1 training point for a minigame, that rewards success with training+ an extra (like a (rare) chance for adding two trains for 1 input, extra cash or donut, courage re-fill etc
you shouldnt be able to crazy-outperform ppl who only use the semi-idle-option as is.

How about , like the mission fights. After you have completd the 5minuet wait , you have to complete a mini game to boost your stats from 1 to 5. Each level you complete in the mini game , you get an extra stat boost or something.
Its a good idear. Most of the idears Capernicus puts into the fourm are really good.
