Hey Hero Zero,

 

I've already tried talking to Hero Zero support and also OneBip about my issue... but it seems that no one can help with my problem.

 

I really want to purchase donuts through my mobile but I can't do it but I'm not sure why. I'm an Australian user and I always purchased donuts through USA, but suddenly it doesn't work as it says my mobile number is not valid... when it originally was. That's when I try purchasing 100 donuts or less.

 

If I try purchasing 250 donuts or more, it always redirects me to my OneBip home page but it doesn't actually let me purchase donuts at all. :/

 

Is there any way that this problem can be resolved? Please help.
