As more and more people are getting to hideout base level 40.

Hideout Expansion:

I am suggesting/requesting more dig sites in the hideout to be added along with another few sets of zeronite mines, glue factories and generators. Please also allow generator to be upgraded to a higher level than 20. Please allow for upgrading of generators to level 30 or 40.

How it helps: 1: digs give lower cost, longer time frame usage of work bots that still feel like a player is making progress.

2: mines and factories help generate more resources for the player and also for the players opponents in hideout battles.

3: expanding the level of generators allows for beneficial upgrades that do not hinder collection of resources during the upgrade.

Hideout (opening chests): if it would give you piece of equipment you already have, it gives you spare parts instead, but as you play for long time and have all/almost all equipments, spare parts are just sitting in your storage and you cannot use them anywhere. So I think it would be good to make it possible to exchange spare parts for resources or coins or something (exchanges would be at some rate, maybe something a bit like exchange room).

Training Sense Options:
As of right now, there are only 1 Hour and 14 Days options when it comes to purchasing Training Sense booster, however I am sure that most people would love if there was a 7 Days option so that they can take advantage of it during a HeroCon like we have this week, without having to spend extra donuts for an extra week of boost they don't really need or even want.

Why we need this?

- As mentioned, most people do not really need a Training Sense outside of HeroCons, and since they last 7 Days each, having to spend 99 Donuts for something you only need half of, seems a little bit unnecessary and many would appreciate the price and length cut to fit their needs.

How will it work?

- I was thinking it would be an additional option added for 7 Days inbetween the 1 Hour and 14 Days as a 3rd option, which would cost 50-60 Donuts for those 7 Days OR if it wouldn't make much sense having 14 Days and 7 Days options together, maybe add 7 Days and turn the original 14 Days one into a whole month and increase it's price further more, would kind of act like a monthly subscription in a way. Costs mentioned are pure example of course, will leave that to the rest of community or balancing team to decide for themselves.

Villain Timer:

A feature that would show the times of the day in which villain attacks will take place.

Why we need this?

- As of right now, there are no ways of knowing when the villain will attack and the game requires to be opened 24/7 and have all of your attention if you don't want to miss an attack. We would all appreciate a shot at some extra rewards regardless of the amount of hours we are able to invest into this game. And to make things worse, some of the older servers barely ever manage to even defeat a villain in time due to lack of activity on them. However if the times of villain attacks were a public information and not just a random occurrence, I am sure that more people would show up at that time and actually have the villain beaten.

How will it work?
- Maybe a nice approach to this would be a completely new button in Missions tab, maybe on the right side of the screen where the Refresh Zone, Heroic Sense and those buttons are. The icon would be the red star indicating Villains and upon clicking it, it would pop up a menu window where all of the villains would be displayed and the areas they can be found in. Some basic informations about villains for new players like Top 10 rewards and such visible at all times as well as the schedules of villain attacks. I am sure that villain attacks are not completely random and there is some code to it so it would be really helpful to make those public and allow players to compete with eachother and let everyone have a chance and show up for a fight!

And if all that is too much work, maybe just adding villain attack schedule times when hovering over the Heroic Distress calls would work just fine :DAnd in case villain attacks are indeed completely random and there is no pattern to it, then maybe we should change that too!  ;)

Workout Cooldown Animation:

The circle around Workout icon button fills up clockwise like everything else that has a cooldown expiring.

Why we need this?

- Well it's not really something that's truly NEEDED, it's more of a nice little Quality of Life feature, a small detail that would help us know whether the 10 minute Workout cooldown has expired or not by just looking at the Workout icon/button at the bottom of the screen, instead of having to click it and check how much time has left until the next Workout is available.

How will it work?

- It would be basically the same system as we have on Missions, Special Missions, Duels, Hero Hideout, etc., just a circular overlay that fills with orange-ish color clock-wise, indicating how much of the cooldown has passed and how long you need to wait until the next Workout selection is available to you.

2FA Security:

Short for Two-Factor Authentication, basically just an extra step for logging into your account that could greatly improve the security of your account.

Why we need this?

- At the moment, someone only needs your email and password to log into your account and get into the game, with this extra security step that could just send you a code via Email that is already connected to the account anyway, could improve the security of your account immensely. With so much time and money being invested into the game, I think it would be nice if we had a way of protecting that from being breached into. As for the bothering of extra step to log in, it won't really be an issue as you only have to do it once ever since there is an option to disable auto logoff so you're always logged in once you enter the game and can link multiple heroes on multiple servers and just hop between the 2 effortlessly as well so there is absolutely no extra work to start playing but you are sure that every minute of your time and every dollar spent is very well protected and yours.

How will it work?

- Have an option in Account settings in game that allows you to enable 2FA protection which would automatically associate your account with the Email used to register that same account, you would get sent a code to verify the 2FA activation and finish the process. This would only be available on unbound accounts since playing on platforms like facebook, steam, etc. already have their own versions of this system.

Reopening the Croatian Server
As you may know, HeroZero previously had a dedicated Croatian server, which was popular among players in the region. However, it has been 10 years since that server was available, and many players, including myself, would love to see its return.

Reopening the Croatian server would:

Revitalize the Community Across the Balkans: In addition to Croatia, this server could serve players from other Balkan countries where the language is similar or the same, such as Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro. This would provide a more localized experience, fostering a stronger and more active community across the entire region.

Increased Player Retention: A Balkan-focused server would make it easier for new players from these countries to join and feel welcomed, as they could interact in their native or familiar language. This could lead to higher retention rates across the region.

Higher Revenue Potential: Since the Croatian server was last available, the buying power in Croatia and the surrounding Balkan countries has increased significantly. Economies in the region have strengthened, and players are more willing and able to spend on entertainment, including in-game purchases. This presents an excellent opportunity to generate more revenue from a server catering to the entire Balkan region.

Localized Content and Events: By having a server focused on the Balkans, you could tailor content and events specifically to the interests and cultural nuances of the region, making the game even more appealing to local players.

I would be happy to serve as an observer and moderator for this server, assisting with player support, managing in-game events, and fostering a positive community environment. I could also help with advertising the server's reopening through local channels, social media, and other means to ensure it reaches a wide audience across the Balkans.

Suggestions for Game Growth
In addition to reopening the Croatian (Balkan) server, I have a few ideas that could help HeroZero grow globally and improve player engagement:

Global Chat Feature: Introducing a global chat on servers could enhance the social aspect of the game, allowing players to connect, strategize, and share experiences across different regions. This could lead to a more interconnected and vibrant community.

Meaningful Prizes for Top Clans: Offering more significant rewards for the top three clans, such as real money prizes or exclusive in-game items that are highly visible to other players, could increase competition and incentivize more players to participate actively in clan activities.

Enhanced Advertising Campaigns: Expanding advertising efforts, particularly on platforms where potential new players are most active, could significantly increase HeroZero's player base. I would be eager to contribute ideas and support the execution of such campaigns, especially targeting the Balkan market. Thank you for considering my proposal.

Banning Team Members:

A feature that would prevent players you kick from the team from joining back.

Why we need this?

- At the moment, when you want to kick someone inactive or for any other reason, they can feel free to just join right back in and sometimes there are real stubborn people that keep joining back over and over despite being kicked every time. It would be such a relief if we had an option to forbid a certain player from being able to join the team when we clearly don't want them in the team.

How will it work?

Next to the usual Kick button, make another button saying "Ban" or something along those lines, which would prevent the player from joining back ever or atleast for a certain amount of time (30 days?), or it could prompt you with a decision on how long you want to ban the person for. This would also add a menu with the list of all the banned players with an option to unban them, in case they better themselves in the future and are competent enough to be in your team. From the banned player's point of view, upon trying to join the team they have been previously banned from, they would be prompted with a message that they have been banned from that team, displaying how long until the ban expires, if the person that kicked them specified ban time, otherwise permanent.

Allowing permanent bans to be made by a leader or an advisor can easily lead to misuse of power. It only takes one player capable of banning all lower ranked players in the team and finally leaving himself, potentially causing massive damage. Instead of permanent bans or bans at all, I feel like just setting the team to be invite only is a decent option for cases like this (even though it does limit the potential of getting new members to the team due to invitiation process).

Longer Mole Event:

We really need Mole events to last a little longer, another day or two.

Why we need this?
- At the moment the way that event is set up, the event requires you to absolutely have no life, set alarms every 3 hours even in the middle of the night to get your shovels and maybe even then have to purchase the extra 120 from the donut shop in order to complete the event. With a design like that, barely any free2play or a legit player can manage to get it done in time and seems like it is purely designed for the people that are cheating and using those bots that plays the game for them, but us humans we are not as durable as bots, we need sleep and have lives to deal with, jobs and families. Everyone would appreciate a little bit more time to have a chance as not everyone can invest 24 hours in a day to this game.

How will this work?

- Well the fix is quite simple, make the event last 4 or 5 days instead of only 3. Even if it's supposed to be a weekend event, it doesn't happen every single weekend so it doesn't matter if it goes a day or two over the usual schedule. Weekend does not always equal free time for everyone, in fact rarely does, most people are even busier on the weekends as that's the only time they get to spend with their loved ones and go out somewhere.

I hope you will consider this, it really seems like only cheaters with bots can effortlessly finish this thing.

One more frome: it would be good to have more cross server things. There is already possibility of cross server duels, would be good to have same thing for league fights and team fights.

Why we would need it: it can be difficult to get some reasonable matchups/opponents with good rewards and I think we do not like to receive ones with very small reward points (if even any reward points) over and over again.

Cross server team fights could be troublesome to implement due to trophy mechanics. All servers have a set amount of each of the different types of trophies (see here Team Trophies - Everything you need to know - Tips & Tricks - Hero Zero (herozerogame.com)). If cross server fights between teams are allowed, it would also make a lot of sense to have all of the mechanics that come with it just like in any other team fight. However, transferring trophies from one server to another can cause a total lack of a specific type of trophy on different servers. Given that the cross server duel suggestions seem to be somewhat random, there is also no guarantees on the missing trophy types ever coming back to the original server if the cross server team fights are executed in the same way as regular duels, with random opponents of about the same level.
