The game's decline is obvious, as even new servers struggle to reach 200 active daily players. People playing in ‘dead‘ servers even struggle to get their 20 daily batteries. This game is a chore and hence people are quitting. Dedicating 5 hours a day to a game is not normal and people do get burnt out.

Developers are sure aware of the decline in player base and I‘m sure they can see that their revenue is at it‘s lowest point. Yet no changes are made to make the game more player-friendly, such as reducing the time required for missions and training sessions.

If you want to keep the game still alive, consider making the game less time consuming. This business model, which relies on encouraging players to spend money to make them finish their daily tasks quicker is not efficient, both parties end up quitting anyway as it‘s too much of a burden playing such a game. It is more beneficial to maintain an active player base who purchases a season pass each month, rather than relying on a minority of players who use donuts to finish their daily energy quicker.
