I believe that, unless they have villains from Marvel(I'm only level 15 at the time I post this), they aren't allowed to make copyright costumes.

Spiderman set already proposed here
They've already made the Ironic (Iron Man) suit and Zorro suit so there's no reason they couldn't make an agreement or evade copyright problems with another suit like this.

There's no level requirement. You get one piece of the set if you do most attacks or last strike on a villain.
