How come if I have 15 people in my team and request batteries, only 5 people show up that I can select from?

im not 100% sure on this, i will have to look into it, make sure they are in your friends list...if it was the other way around and people were not sending them to you id say make sure the box wasnt checked for not recieving battery requests from players outside the team. keep in mind you can add players to your friends list to ask for more batteries. i believe you can have over 100 friends. the more players the more batteries you can get with a max of course. dont restrict yourself to only asking for batteries from team members it benefits you more.
