Only on PC version at that cogwheel from the right bottom corner.

Heya!
Claiming coupon codes is not strictly limited to PC. It can be done on mobile as well. I can't give guarantees on Apple products but at least on Android I have no issues claiming coupon codes on mobile.
As CrisK pointed out, any coupon codes one wishes to claim, can be typed into a field accessible via the cogwheel in the bottom right corner and choosing 'coupon'.
