So this new event has started. One of my tasks is to renew the offer in the second hand shop. I need to do this 10 times and i only have 5 more days. How can i achieve this without spending donuts?

Thank you for giving us an event where it is impossible to finish it without using donuts. Long time players, probably no problem. Beginning players, not a chance, unless they spend irl money. Not cool on any level

im sorry you are upset, please understand we do not control the events but we can pass on your message. it could be there is a glitch or perhaps something else, so i will pass it along and try to find out if that was intentional or if there is a reason to it. i do understand how you feel, you should be able to get atleast 6 refreshes in the shop in, if not 7. so worse case it will take 3-4donuts to finish.

thank you for the question, right now i am trying to find out the answer so i can give you some information, it could of been a over sight. you should be able to get atleast 6-7 refreshes for free. worse case you will need 3-4 donuts, but i am passing this along to see if we can find out more information

By the way, I do not ever blame moderators for game issues 
Playing both BBE and Hero Zero, I understand fully that only Playata is to blame for these things. You (the forum mods) do wonderful work.

Thanks to the devs for extending the Event at the Museum so I don't have to use donuts to refresh the Second Hand shop.

thank you all for your patience with this matter, im glad that there was an agreeable outcome and with the 4 extra days im sure we can finish all the tasks. keep up the good work and if you ever have questions or concerns about the game dont hesitate to ask. now lets go take down this dinosaur (just bring it to my house and put it in my bathroom, no need to kill it....)

Heh, not on all servers. On RO5 few hours left and event it's done...
P.S.few hours ago i check it..now i saw is longer but I already used donuts..now it's useless that extra 4 days.

I'm not sure you can definitely try and write to support. But I can't speak for the developers so I can't honestly answer lol
