Bug in the Hideout fights window

Is this happening to anyone else in every browser?



Yes. This happens because of the animation of some of the items in the Intergalactic Defender set. It's like the game can't load the animation properly and it forces it to crash.
This issue occurs whenever a player has the items placed on their character.
Once the character's image needs to be displayed (eg in league, private messages, hideout battles, or after visiting the character's page) the game crashes.
In order to be able to play normally, the player must turn off the animations in the game settings.
This whole problem was described and reported to support when this set came out. However, there is still no result in its "repair". Go to the full post

If I click on the "hideout fight" icon, this pop-up is displayed, and then I can't do anything (I have to reload the game).

Is it a known bug ?

Can you please submit a ticket to support with the screen shot of the pop up so that it can be looked into

Hello!
I recommend that you turn off all animations in the game settings. You will then be able to duel in the hideout. After this duel, you can turn on your animations again from the settings and everything will be fine. If you need help - we are on the line! :)

Thank you for your detailed answer. But have you checked how much % of the CPU and % of the Memory (RAM) is the game using when you do all of your things you listed above? I also recommend turning off the animations, play with low amount of Browser Tabs or reinstalling the game.

The problem is in the game. It's not in the CPU. I don't think there is a player who can open the page of another character who has the set of the Intergalactic Defender. ;)
The support already have that information and still there is not any indication of any actions that it's taken. More than half year later. ;)

No matter the causes of the problem, I remind you that you can't know if the support has specific solutions to something, or if it's an issue that has to get the company involved. :)
