Also adding a bunch more rooms sometime in the future that require hideout base level 30 and 40 respectively will push people to want to upgrade their base as a priority will help set goals. If I get myself to base level 40 and most people are still around base 25 because they want to keep getting resources from hideout attacks then I will continue to get no resources from attacks.

I'm trying to enter the game and I can't, the page stays loading, it doesn't do anything, who else has this problem?

What does it mean by upgrading batteries 3 times?, what effect does it have?

good afternoon sparky
what it is refering to is the batteries you use to shorten times on missions or MU workouts, you can open up and use more now. before you could have a max of 16 and use 8 a day. i hope this helps

you are able to use more batteries to complete things faster. and you are able to have more in storage
