Some countries already collected the weekly rewards from the PVP. US and some other servers have not.

 

What is going on?

US and AP servers don't seem to have been counted in the pvp tourney calculations (that 503 error was happening at the time) so we've rolled all our fights over and are showing top performers, those polish guys are just nutting with the courage boosts after their server reset  
If there is a fix i dunno what it would be we've fought several times since the tourney rolled over and everyone else already got their rewards can't really take them away? I bug reported it to support hopefully they come back with a solution

got a response saying they're forwarding it to their programming department so fingers crossed!
