You can get a sidekick from level 60

I am already level 120 and yet I did not get ant pet at all..Does anyone know why and what is the problem? Thanks

Have a look at the top left corner of your screen, just under where it shows your level... there is a little circle there... click on that circle to activate your sidekick... 

 

Don't press the release button because then you'll be deleting your sidekick and its difficult to find a new one again... 

 

If you don't have a sidekick in that circle to allocate then I suggest that you fill in a support ticket...
