Returning player with new character....just joined a brand new team and for some reason, if I'm in any other part of the game, the Team icon starts glowing like there's something new that's just happened there....except there isn't. NGL, it's starting to drive me a little batty. Am I missing something that I should be doing in the team window, or is this a bug?

It happens when you're just starting out. Players that join a team when team fights have already been assigned, your team icon is gonna be flashing all the time until next team fights when you can actually report for fights. I'm not exactly sure why it's happening but whenever you're not able to report for a fight because you're new to the team, your icon is gonna be flashing until you report for a fight. It can be pretty annoying i know but it should have disappeared by now actually.

it also happens when people speak in private or in advisors chat. You simply can not see them talking
