By now you've noticed that certain mission buttons have Batwings on them.
Do they have a significance, or is it random Halloween decorations?
I'm curious.

I juuuust figured it out.
The Batwings represent "Scary Stories" (the top 75 count item we need to finish) in the next 6 days.

Hello yes BoSnjR is correct the bats represent a free refresh for all the zones to help you find items for the event.
Aizen is the best

No wonder I keep "losing" things I was saving for later. But, there are more new things available, so it's a decent trade-off.
