There should be a team log button available for advisors + team leader (or everyone in team) that automatically shows which players join, leave, or get removed, and when it happened.
A lot of the time the chat gets deleted in team and not everyone can see who joined recently, left or was kicked until you look at the team members and see a random new person...easier to keep track instead of relying on always having an advisor on that sees it before it gets deleted.
