Sometimes the error in the code is so small and so easy and fast to fix, but so hard to find where the problem is. Also, they are introducing us new season now, pretty sure they are busy with that for now. Playata is not a huge company that hires 1000's of developers and workers to get things fixed within minutes...Give them some time.

As previously mentioned, the issue has been reported and is being taken care of.

For the meantime, we have no possible idea of when it will be fixed.

Unfortunately, we are not able to go fix it ourselves, nor do we have the ability to.
The Playata team is looking closely at it for long periods of time now. Fixing things like this sometimes is not as easy as it looks.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

So what? Every active player on every server should be compensated for your inability to fix this problem, which remains for more than 4 months. How much time do you need? A year?

Maybe they don't have any paying customers for adverts so they are not bothering with it

At a minimum, you need to double the amount of batteries we have until this is fixed. The game has too many facets to be completed without something to assist.

If you keep posting the same thing every single day, it won't help with anything. You should either get patient or do something to try and help them resolve this problem. But saying all these things about devs and game won't bring you anything.

And who the heck are you to tell me what to do mate? We pay them a lot of money every month to play this game. They have added so many features to it, it is impossible to complete everything daily without the video ads to shorten time. Given they have 31 million players, they will be making millions every month and it is not unreasonable to expect them to fix these sorts of issues quickly. It has been well over two weeks now. Suggesting they don't have the resources to deal with this immediately shows you have a vested interest in protecting them, or that you as dumb as a post.

You clearly do not know how any of this work. Let me explain a bit, so basically they have 31 million REGISTERED players, not active. They have like 20k active players if even that many (as you can see by PvP tournament, that's global and there's barely few thousand people competing which means a lot of player aren't even that active to even do duels. So from those 20,000 players not everyone is gonna spend money on the game, there's gonna be like 1 to 2 thousand players that are gonna spend money and it's not every month, it's here and there. Hero Zero is running on many different regions and servers, all that costs money to keep running, they also have developers, game designers etc. that are making all of this possible and they are expecting their cut as well. Hero Zero overall does not make that much money as you think. Definitely not in millions, maybe not even in 100's of thousands. You are overthinking everything and also if they were thinking that much about money, they would fix ads a while ago as that's another way they make money in game, by ad revenue. They also have a game called Big Bang Empire so they are working on there as well, constantly getting updates. Arguing about it won't get you anywhere like i said, just play the game like we all do and wait for it. You're not the only one that's missing ads, we all want them but we also have a little brain and understanding for the company. You're literally the only person trashing this the whole time while everybody else is being calm and just waiting...get your mind together brother.

We all want it fixed but trashing on forums won't help with that. All i'm saying.
