First of all i've been playing the game since 2012 on and off and to be honest whenever i played during the villain HC, they always were on time, the only time i remember it not being available is when the whole game was getting an update and game was offline for an hour, that's the only time the villain didn't pop up for me. As for the reducing duels to 30, i kinda agree with you but still i manage to hit over 50 every day, when i hit 50 there's still like 14 hours left until new day so it's not like it takes whole day to hit 50, and there comes duels trophy into play, people with trophy for duels are gonna have advantage on duels hc and hitting 50 duels much easier, everything has pros and cons. And you mentioned how they don't listen to what player's are saying and not caring about our suggestions and stuff. I've seen couple of suggestions that were actually added to the game, for example the Hero Forge room for the Hideout, was suggested by one user on this forum, they said it'd be a nice thing to have a room where you could build your own "hero suit" that would give you % on base skills depending on your room level, iirc they said something like "room would have 15 levels, each level adds 0.5% to base skills on full set so that'd be 7.5% boost each skill if your room is on max level. They didn't make it exactly like that but they did like the idea and implemented it into the game. Also for the season pass and new sidekick offers and so on, the game has to get some profit from the game as well. They are paying host for so many servers in many regions and all of that costs money + paying employees, developers, game designers etc. I don't think there is any game nowdays that doesn't offer P2W things in store (unless it's just cosmetics and stuff like skins in game). But overall, i think the game doesn't really need any updates or new things, it feels full as it already is, there are events happening often such as finding object that give you free donuts, skill points, items, sidekicks etc., there are events like double xp, duels courage, working units etc. to help F2P players improve themselves as well. But my point is, in almost every single game nowdays, P2W always wins. It's 2020 and every company cares about the profits which is normal, pretty sure if you implemented in your own game something that gains you money but also rewards players a lot by paying for that, it's a win win situation, you're obviously gonna keep that in game (talking about seasons right now). This one cost only 4.99$ which is literally a candy bar, anyone can afford that and it gives you all kinds of boosts and new set of items and a new sidekick with large gem of improvement as well. It's all about the perspective you're looking from, just put yourself in their shoes and try to see things from their perspective.
