Hey, so basically I just have a simple question. Do you have to be certain level or have certain rooms in hideout upgraded to certain level in case to unlock collars or can anyone get a sidekick with collar on it? I'm simply asking this because I am level 372 and i see people all the time getting sidekicks from season pass with collar on it and i didn't get a single one with it yet, Rudy, Fox, Gary, none of them came with collar. Got over 100 sidekicks and none of them with collar on it. Even bought the package with Dot and Spot multiple times chasing that collar but haven't had the luck yet. Are they just super rare or is it just glitched for me? I always get the large gem unit from season pass but never the collar on the sidekick.

You wont get a sidekick with collar, you have to find the collar in shop or make it in workshop. Collars are quite common in workshop, even more than epic modifications from my experience.

Does my workshop have to be certain level in order to get collar in it or? Also, people from my team have been getting sidekicks with collar from season pass, that's why im asking all this lol. But anyways, at what workshop level do i unlock collars? I've never seen one in my workshop that's why im asking Thanks.

As far as I know, you can get collar from whatever level workshop. Are you sure your mates got sidekicks with collars? Because that never happened to me nor I never heard about it.

Yeah they for sure got the sidekick with modification slot on it already. They couldn't believe i've never got it when i told them and they said that i should probably contact support, but decided to ask community first...

Well, after writing this message, i refreshed workshop offer couple times and actually got collar lol, felt so good. Thanks for the help btw
